Our Promise: Easy Returns & Exchanges at Green Life

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Green Life cooking appliances. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make it right. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy.
Refunds

At Green Life, we don't offer cash refunds if you simply change your mind. We also can't provide refunds to credit cards or issue checks under any circumstances. We encourage you to choose your Green Life products carefully!


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items that have a technical fault, a manufacturing defect, or if you received the wrong item compared to what you ordered. Our quality team will carefully check the item to confirm the issue.

Here's what you need to know for exchanges:

  • Discounted items are final sale and unfortunately can't be exchanged.
    If you received an item that was different from what you ordered (wrong product or color), the item needs to be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must return the item within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please remember to include your original bill or invoice.
  • To start an exchange, please refer to your bill and contact our Green Life customer care team at +94776882898. Our friendly staff will guide you on where to return the product for an exchange or store credit.
  • If you bought an item during an online promotion and need to exchange it, the exchange value will be based on the promotional price you paid.
  • If you received a Green Life item as a gift, please make sure the invoice number is written on or attached to the product for easier processing.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please do so before your Green Life items are dispatched from our facility. Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to process a cancellation or offer a refund.

Green Life reserves the right to cancel any order if, for unforeseen circumstances, we're unable to fulfill it. Should this happen, we promise to communicate with you promptly and ensure any applicable refund is processed within a reasonable time frame.
